ICE Your Mobile Phone!

A friend sent this to me and I thought it was such a great idea, that I had to pass it along to everyone I could. (Finally an email chain that isn't about being ripped off or scammed) I hope none of us will ever have the occasion to need it.................

Paramedics will turn to a victim's cell phone for clues to that person's identity. You can make their job much easier with a simple idea that they are trying to get everyone to adopt: ICE. ICE stands for In Case of Emergency. If you add an entry in the contacts list in your cell phone under ICE, with the name and phone no. of the person that the emergency services should call on your behalf, you can save them a lot of time and have your loved ones contacted quickly. It only takes a few moments of your time to do. Paramedics know what ICE means and they look for it immediately. ICE your cell phone NOW!

Do pass this along.

"Murderball" A Must See Documentary!

Saw a fantastic documentary last night called Murderball. It's about quadriplegic rugby (also called Murderball) players, and it's an amazing story. It has it's rough edges, but it makes up for it with lots of heart. I'd recommend it to everyone (except children, it does deal with adult issues at times).

Celeb Sighting: Michael Rapaport

As a friend and I approached Swingers to have some lunch. Michael Rapaport was walking toward us and one of the little girls (daughters?) he was walking with took a liking to the dog we had with us. They stopped for a moment, he commented on what a beautiful dog it was and then went on.
